Our new menus go live every Monday.
Ordering is simple, just head to our online SHOP and select the products you are after, head to your cart and check your order, once you are happy select your delivery or pickup option then check out and pay!
You have until 11pm each Sunday to place your order, however, stock is subject to availability so the earlier the best we say. We do have subscriptions available on our value packs!
To serve, pierce or peel back film and remove any sauce container from the packaging. Microwave on high for 2-3 mins or until a core temperature of 75 degrees is reached (heating times are a guide and vary depending on microwave). All meals need to be heated before consumption. Peel off film completely from tray. Enjoy!
Menu items such as salads and desserts may be enjoyed cold. Peel off the film from the tray and enjoy.
Store between 0-4 degrees Celsius.
Use-by dates may vary. We always recommend checking the use-by date printed on the film on top of the meal before consumption.
Our Classic Menu is our original and most loved. You can order as many of each meal as you like, and can select certain meals over others. These meals are packed full of flavour and generous serving sizes for those big eaters or split them between a couple kids for the perfect family dinner.
All our clean meals can be ordered just like the classic but are a little more portion controlled and packed with protein. We try and keep majority of these menu's naturally free from gluten. This makes it perfect for those healthier work lunches or dinners on the go! We even work out the macros for you to help with tracking your intake.
Vintage Chef Co Cafe
This is our HQ! Meals can be collected from here between 7am and 7pm Tuesdays or any of the days following in between the same hours if you can't make Tuesday work.
VCC café is located within Starplex Gawler at Trinity College, address is 18-20 Alexander Avenue, Evanston Park SA 5116. Simply quote your name to our friendly staff and they shall get your order together for you.
Soul Lifestyle Port Pirie
Located on in the bustling seaside town of Port Pirie at 12-14 Norman St, Port Pirie SA 5540, you can collect your meals between the staffed hours of 12pm and 5:30pm! This store is filled floor to ceiling with Women's and Men's Fashion, Accessories, Homewares and the most gorgeous Gifts. Be sure to support them when you are grabbing your meals.
Little Edon
Located within the beautiful streets of Crystal Brook, at 37 Bowman Street, South Australia. This bustling little juice bar and health store is a vibe! You can collect your meals between the staffed hours of 11am and 3:00pm! Grab one of their delicious drinks when you are collecting your food.
Clare CrossFit 5150
This buzzing mid north gym is kind enough to offer a pick up point for not only members but general public also. You can grab your meals between 9:30am and 11am then also again between 3:30pm and 6:30pm. They will be in the reception area all labelled in a foam box waiting for you. Check out the facilities while you're there and chat to owner Sophie about membership options. Please call us if you have any issues.
Gun's N Bun's Fitness Warehouse
Guns N Buns Fitness Warehouse is conveniently located on the Copper Coast at 83 Lawrence St, Kadina SA 5554, you can collect your meals between the staffed hours of 3pm and 7pm! This is an epic 24/7 open gym that offers classes and even sauna sessions. To find out more visit them on Facebook.

Located in the Adelaide Hills this adorable gift shop fills its shelves with local SA vendors. You can pick your meals up from 102 Main Street, Hahndorf, South Australia between 11am and 5:30pm. You never know what else you might pick up when you are inside.
You can view the nutritional information for each meal on its product page when you order online, and again on the label of every meal.
Deliveries are between 8am - 6pm. We are happy to leave at your door. Or if you have specific order instructions please let us know prior and we will see what we can do. Where possible, drivers may text on delivery.

We prepare our meals fresh every week, ready for collection or delivery Monday 4pm–8pm for Barossa/Gawler areas and Tuesday 8am–6pm for other locations
If you selected local cafe pick up, your meals will come in a reusable brown paper bag. All other pick up points meals will come in foam boxes like deliveries.
For delivery, meals are packaged in foam boxes with ice packs in case you aren't there to receive it.
As we cook in such large quantities we are unable to swap out ingredients or alter recipes.

Yes, aside from salad based meals, you can pop them in your freezer, however, fresh is always best!
