Our Clean Menu is only sold as a pack of five meals. All clean meals are gluten free, portion controlled and we offer a vegetarian option each week. This makes it perfect for those healthier work lunches or dinners on the go! We even work out the macros for you to help with tracking your intake.
Meals can be collected between 12pm and 6pm every Tuesday from our VCC café located at Chateau Yaldara, 159 Hermann Thumm Drive, Lyndoch SA 5351. Simply quote your name to our friendly staff and they shall get your order together for you.
We prepare our meals Monday of every week, ready for collection / delivery on Tuesday of every week.
Public holiday weeks may delay collection or delivery by a day.
Yes! We deliver our meal prep within a 50km radius of Lyndoch for a flat rate of $15. We can offer delivery outside of this radius too, so please email us and we can discuss your options.
Deliveries are between 9am – 5pm. We prefer that you are home to receive the delivery, or we are happy to leave at your door.
If you selected local pick up, your meals will come in a reusable brown paper bag.
For delivery, meals are packaged in foam boxes with ice packs in case you aren't there to receive it.
On request our clean meals are available to order gluten free and dairy free. We try our best to adhere to all dietary requirements, however as we cook in such large quantities there are times this is not possible. Always email meals@vintagechefco.com.au ahead of ordering to see if we can help.
Yes, aside from salad based meals, you can pop them in your freezer. We recommend consuming our meals within 5 days. Fresh is best!

Every Tuesday afternoon our website will have updated menus and we will share on our Facebook and Instagram profiles.
We recommend heating once defrosted for 2-3 minutes on high in a microwave checking each minute. However for optimal results heat the meat portion of the meals in an oven or pan.
