Heating
To serve, pierce or peel back film and remove any sauce container from the packaging. Microwave on high for 2-3 mins^ (heating times are a guide and vary depending on microwave), or until hot. Peel off film completely from tray. Enjoy!
Menu items such as salads and desserts may be enjoyed cold. Peel off the film from the tray and enjoy.
Storage
Store between 0-4 degrees Celsius.
Use-by dates may vary. We always recommend checking the use-by date printed on the film on top of the meal before consumption.

Ordering is simple: head to our online Shop and select the products you are after, head to your cart, and check your order. Once you are happy, select your delivery or pickup option, then check out and pay!
You have until 11pm each Sunday to place your order.
Our Classic Menu is our original and most loved. You can order as many of each meal as you like and can select certain meals over others. These meals are packed full of flavour and generous serving sizes for those big eaters or split between a couple of kids for the perfect family dinner.
All our Clean Meals can be ordered just like the classic range but are naturally free from gluten and portion controlled. They're perfect for healthier work lunches or dinners on the go! Plus, we calculate the macros to help you stay on top of your intake.
You can view the full ingredient lists and macronutrient information for all meals at the time of ordering in our meal prep shop and also on the label once you have purchased and received your meals.
We prepare our meals every Monday, ready for collection or delivery each Monday or Tuesday (Depending on your location) — even on public holiday weeks.
Please note this excludes the Christmas and New Year break, where delivery schedules may change.
All collections are available on either Mondays (STARplex only) or Tuesdays. Please see the list of our pick up points below to see what day and time pick-ups are available.

This is our HQ! We are located inside Starplex, 18-20 Alexander Avenue, Evanston Park SA 5116 (Monday 4pm to 7pm and Tuesday to Thursday 7am - 7pm)

Plus Fitness Gawler
Just a stone throw away from our HQ in Evanston Park, Plus Fitness offers their members and general public another pick up option for those already in the Gawler Park precinct or passing through.
Meal pickups are available from the front desk between the staffed hours of 8:30am and 12:30pm then again between 3:30pm and 7pm. This gym offers 24/7 training, classes and body scans all included in one membership fee. Chat to their friendly staff if you are interested in knowing more.
iPerform Edinburgh
Conveniently located in the northern suburbs, not far off the Northern Expressway, iPerform is your one-stop shop for sports injury rehab and performance training.
Meal pickups are available from front the reception between 10:30am and 7pm. While you're there, check out the facility and chat with the team about how they can help you move, feel and perform at your best.
Little Edon Crystal Brook
This beautiful little gem is a coffee shop, juice bar, infrared sauna and homewares store.
You can collect your meals between 11am and 4pm.
Soul Lifestyle Port Pirie
Located in the bustling seaside town of Port Pirie at 12-14 Norman St, Port Pirie SA 5540, you can collect your meals between the staffed hours of 12pm and 5:30pm! This store is filled floor to ceiling with Women's and Men's Fashion, Accessories, Homewares and the most gorgeous Gifts. Be sure to support them when you are grabbing your meals.
Clare CrossFit 5150
This buzzing mid-north gym is kind enough to offer a pickup point for not only members but the general public also. You can grab your meals between 9:30am and 11am then also again between 3:30pm and 6:30pm. They will be in the reception area all labelled in a foam box waiting for you. Check out the facilities while you're there and chat with owner Sophie about membership options. Please call us if you have any issues.
Gun's N Bun's Fitness Warehouse
Guns N Buns Fitness Warehouse is conveniently located on the Copper Coast at 83 Lawrence St, Kadina SA 5554, you can collect your meals between the staffed hours of 3pm and 7pm! This epic 24/7 open gym offers classes and even sauna sessions. To find out more visit them on Facebook.
Gathered SA Hahndorf

If your shipping address is outside our delivery zone, but you would still like to utilise a pickup point, no worries! You will see a list of pickup points when you enter your suburb above.
Barossa, Gawler and Surrounding areas will receive deliveries on a Monday between 4pm - 8pm. All other areas receive deliveries on Tuesday between 8am - 6pm.
We’re happy to leave your order at the door, or if you have specific delivery instructions, just leave them in the order notes — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will receive an email or text with confirmation of delivery.
Please ensure you leave your foam box and ice packs out for collection by our drivers on your next order.
If you selected local cafe pick-up, your meals will come in a reusable brown paper bag. All other pick-up points meals will come in foam boxes like deliveries.
For delivery, meals are packaged in foam boxes with ice packs in case you aren't there to receive them. They will be perfectly fine and will stay cold until you are home to pop them in the fridge.
Yes, aside from salad based meals, you can pop them in your freezer, however, fresh is always best!
Orders are due by 11pm every Sunday night.
While we don’t offer customisation for individual dietary requests, many of our meals are naturally free from gluten, plus we offer vegetarian and vegan options also. These options are clearly labelled to help make ordering easier. If you have any questions before ordering, feel free to email us at meals@vintagechefco.com.au.
Please note all our meals are made and prepared in a kitchen where all allergens including gluten, nuts, dairy and more are present. While we try our best to minimise cross contamination and adhere to strict hygiene guidelines, all ordering is at your own risk.
This is my favourite place to go for a matcha latte with a vanilla shot, as I absolutely cannot handle the taste of espresso and frankly would rather spit out the coffee flavour than swallow it, I reckon.
I'm usually picking up my meal prep order that I order online anyway, and usually have to wait until 4pm, which on Monday is fine, coz I usually have physio and most times other appointments earlier.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE their sweet treats, like the citrus tart, vanilla slice, mint slice, lemon meringue and cheesecake. Sometimes, I can't decide which I wanna have, so I'll buy 2, and have them both in takeout containers, have 1, and take the other home for dessert that night.
This time I spotted that they have a card where you buy nine coffees, you get the 10th free, which to be honest I haven't seen since Donut King was in Elizabeth in the early 2000's. Boy, do I feel old lol. Frankly, a good idea since I'm pretty much in there every week, as by the time I'm done with my appointments, I LITERALLY don't care that the caffeine is gonna keep me up that night, I'm just so over the day at that point.
Their chips and gravy are INSANELY nice too.
We have been ordering VCC Meal Prep for a couple of years now. I was so glad to find a local SA company who is reliable, easily contacted and with excellent quality food after some bad experiences with some of the larger companies that deliver from interstate. VCC’s food is delicious, with a varied menu and very generous servings (sometimes enough to split for two meals). Their delivery driver for our area is friendly and reliable as well.
We’ve been ordering meals each week for nearly 2 months now. Delicious, fresh and consistently well cooked. Amazing range / choice so it feels fresh each week. Some meals are big enough to split across 2 lunches or dinners! Excellent value for money too. Highly recommend!!!
As someone who absolutely loves to cook, I usually avoid pre-prepared meals at all costs. However, after undergoing a knee reconstruction last week, I knew I needed some help in the kitchen and decided to take my sister’s recommendation to try Vintage Chef.
I am completely thrilled. The freshness and quality of the meals are outstanding—you can genuinely taste the care put into them, and they don't have that "processed" taste so common with other ready-made options.
Being stuck on the mend is stressful enough, but knowing we have delicious, high-quality dinners ready to go has removed an enormous amount of stress from my recovery. Vintage Chef has been an absolute lifesaver, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
We’ve ordered VCC meal prep for 6 weeks now to make dinner time a little easier while raising an 8mo. I’m so impressed with these meals, great quality, delivered to my door every Tuesday and best of all, each week is a new menu. My partner & I are extremely fussy and other meal prep places never interest us because it’s always food we don’t eat. The fact that each week has been something we both love is hard to find! The website is super easy to order from and having no lock in contract is great. Dinner time is so easy now, it’s ready in a short 3 minutes! Can’t complain with that! The portion sizes are next level and opening the fridge to have options is fantastic! You just eat them by the date provided on the box. 10/10 do recommend, I can’t see us going back to cooking now.
