Our new menus go live on Tuesday afternoons, usually by 5pm!

Ordering is simple: head to our online Shop and select the products you are after, head to your cart, and check your order. Once you are happy, select your delivery or pickup option, then check out and pay!

You have until 8pm each Sunday to place your order. We do have subscriptions available on our value packs!

Our Classic Menu is our original and most loved. You can order as many of each meal as you like and can select certain meals over others. These meals are packed full of flavour and generous serving sizes for those big eaters or split between a couple of kids for the perfect family dinner.

All our clean meals can be ordered just like the classic but are gluten-free and portion controlled. This makes it perfect for those healthier work lunches or dinners on the go! We even work out the macros to help track your intake.

Vintage Chef Co Cafe @ Starplex - Gawler

This is our HQ! Meals can be collected from here between 7am and 7pm Tuesday or Wednesday. VCC café is located within Starplex Gawler (Trinity College), 18-20 Alexander Avenue, Evanston Park 5116 SA.

Simply quote your name to our friendly cafe staff, who will get your order together for you.

Soul Lifestyle - Port Pirie

Located in the bustling seaside town of Port Pirie at 12-14 Norman St, Port Pirie SA 5540, you can collect your meals between the staffed hours of 12pm and 5:30pm! This store is filled floor to ceiling with Women's and Men's Fashion, Accessories, Homewares and the most gorgeous Gifts. Be sure to support them when you are grabbing your meals.

CrossFit 5150 - Clare

This buzzing mid-north gym is kind enough to offer a pickup point for not only members but the general public also. You can grab your meals between 9:30am and 11am then also again between 3:30pm and 6:30pm. They will be in the reception area all labelled in a foam box waiting for you. Check out the facilities while you're there and chat with owner Sophie about membership options. Please call us if you have any issues.

Advanced Physio Solutions - Moonta

Advanced Physio Solutions combines manual therapies such as massage, mobilisation and dry needling with expert guidance through exercise, prescription and participation, helping to minimise pain while maximising function and is also home to Kara Pilates. If you are picking up from Moonta, you can collect your meals from Advanced Physio Solutions, 21 Ellen Street, between 2pm and 6pm.

Gun's N Bun's Fitness Warehouse - Kadina

Guns N Buns Fitness Warehouse is conveniently located on the Copper Coast at 83 Lawrence St, Kadina SA 5554, you can collect your meals between the staffed hours of 3pm and 7pm! This epic 24/7 open gym offers classes and even sauna sessions. To find out more visit them on Facebook.

Little Edon - Crystal Brook

Little Edon is nestled away at 37 Bowman St, Crystal Brook SA 5523, you can collect your meals between the staffed hours of 12pm and 6pm! This adorable juice bar, infrared sauna, home and garden store is the perfect little gem to visit. To find out more visit them on socials.

If your shipping address is outside our delivery zone, but you would still like to utilise a pickup point, no worries!

Deliveries are between 8am - 6pm. We are happy to leave it at your door. Or if you have specific order instructions, please let us know prior, and we will see what we can do.

We prepare our meals Monday of every week, ready for collection / delivery on Tuesday of every week.

Public holiday weeks may delay collection or delivery by a day.

If you selected local cafe pick-up, your meals will come in a reusable brown paper bag. All other pick-up points meals will come in foam boxes like deliveries.

For delivery, meals are packaged in foam boxes with ice packs in case you aren't there to receive them.

We try our best to adhere to all dietary requirements, however as we cook in such large quantities there are times this is not possible. Always email meals@vintagechefco.com.au ahead of ordering to see if we can help.

Yes, aside from salad based meals, you can pop them in your freezer, however, fresh is always best!

Orders are due by 8pm every Sunday night.

Every Tuesday afternoon, our website will have updated menus, and we will share them on our Facebook and Instagram profiles. Sign up for our email list and get weekly order reminders. 

We recommend peeling back the tab of plastic film on the corner of the packs slightly then heating for 2-3 minutes on high in a microwave checking each minute.
