Retreat Terms and Conditions
Booking and Cancellation Details
- The minimum age to attend is 18 years
- Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance within 14 days of booking, covering all medical expenses, retreat activities, and trip cancellation.
- Full payment is required at least 30 days before retreat commencement
- If booking within 60 days of retreat commencement, full payment is required to secure the booking
- Failure to pay any balance by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the spot
- Guests are responsible for extra services not included in the retreat package, such as flights, transfers, travel insurance, and additional activities.
- Any payments made are non-refundable but can be transferred to another retreat or a friend with 60 days' notice.
- Cancellation over 90 days before the arrival date results in a 50% refund if the spot is filled.
- No credit is given for late arrivals or early departures, including due to unforeseen issues.
- Due to unforeseen issues, Nibble + Splash may change the retreat location, ensuring the same standard at partnering villas/resorts.
- The policy is subject to change; the current policy is always applicable.
Liability
- Nibble + Splash is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to pandemics, war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, natural disasters, and adverse weather conditions. Refunds and compensation are not available in such events.
- The company accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or illness during the guest’s stay or travel to/from the retreat.
- Guests are responsible for their own medical and physical fitness and must be able to use retreat facilities and participate in activities.
- Nibble + Splash is not liable for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables.
- Guests must take responsibility for their own medical and physical fitness.
Data Use and Protection
- Guests agree to be photographed and/or filmed during their stay and activities and consent to the use of such recordings for promotional and advertising purposes without prior consent.
