Reverse sear a fillet steak 😍

It’s honestly so easy! You'll get perfect, tender, consistent steak every time. Don’t forget the rest and season.

Cook to a higher internal temp if you're after it more well cooked internally. Bon appétit!

Ingredients

Beef Fillet
Gladwrap
Herb Butter

Method

  1. Remove silver skin, leaving the white fat
  2. Cover in your chosen herb butter
  3. Wrap tightly in the gladwrap
  4. Cook in the oven until the internal temp gets to 50° degrees 
  5. Let it rest in the gladwrap
  6. Cut and sear on a grill
