The Ultimate Guacamole Recipe


This is, hands down, always a favourite with family or friends. Simple, healthy and delicious.

This is a big batch, so half it if you need as it's only at its best for two days in the fridge.


8 ripe avocados
1 finely diced onion
2 finely diced Roma tomatoes
1 bunch coriander shredded
Juice of 2 limes
Salt to taste
Fresh jalapeño or chilli flakes


  1. Scoop middles out of avocados into a bowl
  2. Mash with a fork - keep it chunky!
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients

Serving Suggestions

  • With corn chips
  • On a slice of toasted bread
  • Or a glass of champas with the girls!
